An affordable housing and economic development specialist, Veronica Cruz has over a decade of experience in research and quantitative analysis.
Veronica currently provides strategic planning and advisory services to private, public, and nonprofit sector organizations focused on advancing regional land use planning, affordable housing, and economic development initiatives.
Her work focuses on economic and feasibility analyses, the evaluation and selection of development teams for real estate projects, and the underwriting and assessment of affordable housing. Prior to joining the firm, Veronica was a research analyst at the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles where she analyzed issues related to real estate, economic development, and housing affordability.
Veronica received her M.P.L. in Economic Development from the University of Southern California’s Price School of Public Policy, and her B.B.A. in finance and accounting from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
