Riley is an urban planner dedicated to sustainable transportation and equitable development.
Prior to joining Estolano Advisors in 2019, Riley interned with the Southern California Association of Governments, where he helped collect and manage land use and transportation data for the 2020 Regional Transportation Plan/Sustainable Communities Strategy. He previously analyzed transit ridership and bus lane feasibility as an intern with Culver City Bus.
Riley obtained his Master of Urban and Regional Planning degree from UCLA, where he focused on transportation planning and geographic information systems. He has experience researching active transportation safety, shared mobility technologies, and first-and-last mile connections to transit stations. Previously, he obtained a BS in Environmental Sciences and a BA in Economics from UC Berkeley.
