Khalilha Haynes


Khalilha is an urban planner committed to social equity and creating livable, resilient cities where people are empowered to be their best selves.

She joined Estolano Advisors in 2018 and her work includes providing research support on projects related to equitable economic development, workforce development, and strategic planning. Prior to joining EA, she worked with Climate Resolve, advocating for green and equitable regional transportation policies. Khalilha has a M.A in Urban and Regional Planning from UCLA and a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Columbia University.
