Caroline is a professional based in the Bay Area with experience in non-profits and government agencies focusing in environmental policies, urban planning, and advocacy.
In her current role, Caroline focuses on research and analysis around best practices in technical assistance, and environmental development policy. Caroline is a recent graduate of MSc Environment and Sustainable Development at University College London, and a graduate from the University of California, Davis, with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Policy Analysis and Planning, focusing in Climate Change Policy with a minor in European History. Her research has centered on the intersection of identity, justice, and equitable distribution of resources and services. She has assisted on the Metropolitan Transportation Commission Strategic Planning effort and Technical Assistance Assessment providing data analytics and research support.
