Andri is a Senior Associate, with particular interests in equitable economic development, housing, urban design, and community engagement and how these all intersect.
She takes a big picture approach to breaking down barriers and finding common ground to address issues impacting local communities.
Prior to joining Estolano Advisors as a Research Analyst in 2016, Andri held positions as Development Assistant and Special Initiatives Associate at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) in San Francisco. In this role, she helped plan a series of major galas and smaller donor fundraising events focused on urban solutions, water conservation, and renewable energy.
As part of her undergraduate studies at Occidental College, Andri traveled to Nanjing, China, to connect to familial roots and improve her Chinese language skills. Finding great satisfaction in the variety of cuisines found around the city, Andri conducted ethnographic research on street food vendors, which formed the basis of her senior thesis on the perception of taco trucks and food trucks in Los Angeles.
She received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Occidental College. She completed her Master of Urban and Regional Planning (MURP) at the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs, where she focused on community economic development and urban design.
